"I really used to like this office, I have been going to Bobby for over 20 years, his office staff didn't do their job after talking to them which cost me $130 dollar more for last month, when I contacted them the office lady told me it would take 2 to 3 days and after a week I called them back again to be told she wouldn't be in for another 15 minutes or so again I called back two days later and talked to Bobby which I was told by him his office lady wouldn't have told me 2 to 3 days, so after being called a liar I left his office and will never go back, so just a heads up if you ever call his office with a problem or complaint I would record the conversation so you have proof of what was said. Sorry it comes up as Bobby, my name is James Peterson and what do you know he was more worried about my name not being correct, but anyways the biggest problem is I had to call your office 3 times to get a response or have you guys do your job that your paid to do, you probably have so many clients that you feel like you dont need to take care of your clients like you used to, shame on you and your office personal for not caring like you used to."

"James, I'm sorry you aren't willing to put your name on here. I'm sorry we couldn't satisfy your needs for you. We have consistently had the lowest cancellation rate in the industry and strive to make sure our clients are taken care of. There are very small number of clients that will never be happy especially if rules can't be budged. I wish you all the best of luck. I've had you for almost 20 years, so I don't think we are that bad and have worked hard to satisfy you."

"Very disappointed. I called multiple times and asked multiple questions about switching vehicles and not once was I told there was even a possibility of extra fees from switching. Now I’m saddled with a bill that’s $100 more than I was told."

"Alexa, I'm sorry you are frustrated. There isn't a fee for swapping out a vehicle. When you have a monthly bill and we have billed out for the current vehicle, it was too late to bill out for the new vehicle. The next month there is the back premium we have to collect on that since it wasn't collected when the swap happens. It was only premium due not fees for swapping. I will make sure I train my team to clarify that with clients. Normally do a great job, but sorry that wasn't explained."
